Hotel Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m.

Hotel Check-Out Time: 12:00 p.m.

Early check-ins may be requested but unfortunately they cannot be guarenteed. The hotel has advised they will do their best to accomodate each guest.

The ceremony begins at 3:30 p.m., and hotel check-ins begin at 3:00 p.m., if you are travelling from further distances, it has been suggested to book the night before as well to ensure you will have the space to get ready before the ceremony.

Alternatively, there is a washroom by the main lobby area, if guests need a place to refresh or change prior to the ceremony.

You are welcome to leave your vehicles in the hotel parking lot and can check-in upon your return to the hotel after the reception. If you plan on leaving your vehicle at the hotel before check-in, please notify the front desk by providing them with your name and license plate number.
