Welcome to our wedding website. We're so excited to celebrate this special moment with the people we love most. Here you'll find all the details you need, from event information to accomodations and more.

Our Wedding

CEREMONY

3:30 PM - 4:00 PM Together, we will exchange vows and celebrate the beginning of our life together.

COCKTAIL HOUR

4:15 PM - 5:15 PM Raise a glass with us! The cocktail hour will feature passed canapés and an open bar as we transition from the ceremony to the evening's celebration.

RECEPTION

5:30 PM - 1:00 AM Following the ceremony and cocktail hour, we invite you to join us for the evening reception. Guests will enjoy a seated dinner, an open bar, and dancing.

Timeline

FORMAL ATTIRE

We would love for our family and friends to dress up with us. We kindly request that our guests dress in formal attire for our wedding. This includes suits and ties or tuxedos for the gentleman, and evening gowns or cocktail dresses for the ladies. The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. Ladies, please keep this in mind when selecting your heels. Please check the weather before you attend. Our wedding is in the fall which means the weather can be unpedictable. Don't forget your jackets if you feel they will be required. THANK YOU &lt;3

The Courtyard Marriott has been recommended by our venue for hotel accomodations. Unfortunately, they no longer offer group block bookings. All hotel bookings are first come, first served. The following hotels are suggested for our guests to stay at and also include a promotional discount. However, if you plan on booking a hotel, please feel free to book wherever suits you best.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Hotel Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m.Hotel Check-Out Time: 12:00 p.m. Early check-ins may be requested but unfortunately they cannot be guarenteed. The hotel has advised they will do their best to accomodate each guest. The ceremony begins at 3:30 p.m., and hotel check-ins begin at 3:00 p.m., if you are travelling from further distances, it has been suggested to book the night before as well to ensure you will have the space to get ready before the ceremony. Alternatively, there is a washroom by the main lobby area, if guests need a place to refresh or change prior to the ceremony. You are welcome to leave your vehicles in the hotel parking lot and can check-in upon your return to the hotel after the reception. If you plan on leaving your vehicle at the hotel before check-in, please notify the front desk by providing them with your name and license plate number. Our venue has provided guests with a discount code for their accomodations. Discount Code: D7597 This discount code can be applied under Special Rates - "Corp-Promo Code" on their website or used over the phone when booking your room. If you choose to book a hotel, please book through the linked websites or call the hotel directly.

Accommodations

As the wedding day comes to an end, we want to ensure everyone has a safe ride home. Please do not drink and drive! To ensure the safety of everyone, we have booked a transportation service with Brentwood Livery that will offer continuous shuttles from the venue to Courtyard Marriott Waterloo and Courtyard Marriott Kitchener. The shuttle service will begin at 11 p.m., and will continuously shuttle guests from the venue to their hotel until 1:00 a.m.
